Tyler Bills is a Sports Information Technologist for FBISD, who was anxious about State and his high school senior year. He had thought he was not good enough to be entered the state finals for photography. He was nervous about the competition, since there were over a 100 competitors. When he heard he was in 3rd place he was really excited and called his family and friends to celebrate this moment that he would cherish forever.
