“I am grateful for my mom because she’s always there for me and she supports me through everything I do and all the decisions I make,” says freshman Sophia Cervantes. “I can talk to her without being judged. She makes me food, buys me stuff, works hard for me, goes to all my school events, and does everything for me.”

Queen Adams, a lively junior at Flour Bluff, says, “life is funny, it flips you up, it smacks you in the face sometimes. At the end of the day, life just gives you a big hug. Even though it doesn’t show it, it loves you.” She added, “In life… anything can happen. It’s just great!”
